Abstract In the 2014–2020 programming period, cohesion policy focuses more on results and evaluation of programs based facts. Due to Commission policies, an expansion counterfactual impact programmes with new approaches can be expected in future. this paper, focus is calculation received European funds revenue companies Slovenian municipalities one/two years after receipt for 2007–2013 period. Two development priorities that affect company – Enterprise competitiveness research excellence Promoting entrepreneurship adaptability are considered.
